a. Ambassador Participation
By submitting, the ambassador sign up form, I am agreeing to the terms and conditions listed below:
1. I am 18 years old or older.
2. I am not an employee, agent, franchise, or partner of the company. I cannot act on behalf of the company. I do not have any authority to incur debt, obligation, or liability on behalf of the company.
b. Ambassador Commitments
I will promote and market Snoozer Pet Products to customers, following the below guidelines to the best of my ability:
- Share brand message on social networks 4 times within the first 2 months of receiving your first product, then at least 1 time per month after that.
- To remain active in our program you must post your pet with their Snoozer product at least one time per month and drive (at minimum) one sale per month to www.snoozerpetproducts.com with your unique code and/or link
- Receive products and provide photo or video content for promotional, social, or catalog use.
- Share on-brand content by tagging @SnoozerPets and using our brand hashtags: #SnoozerPets, #SnoozerAmbassador and the hashtag #ad.
- Maintain Snoozer Pet Products high standard quality for content: messaging and visuals.
c. Ambassador Consensus
Influencer grants Snoozer Pet Products a worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully paid-up, transferrable, sub-licensable and perpetual right and license to reproduce, publish, distribute, display, repost, share and edit all Content created for or on behalf of Snoozer Pet Products in any and all media now known or developed in the future, including the right to create derivative works; which includes but is not limited to:
- Use in general online advertising (i.e., search, websites, digital, etc.)
- Use in online advertising within social media platforms
- Use in Snoozer Pet Products’s digital, email or text message communications
- Publishing to Snoozer Pet Products’s websites
- Paid support of social media posts
- Posting to social media platforms
I understand that I will not receive monetary compensation or gift cards for use of images or videos used on the company’s social media networks. I will not receive any financial or other compensation for product promotion through my social media network other than commission-based sales that result from these posts.
If orders are submitted without using my affiliate code or link, these orders will not be credited to my account. Only one affiliate code can be applied per order.
I will not sell company products on unauthorized websites on the internet or in retail establishments without the consent and signed contract with the Snoozer Pet Products.
I will protect the company’s trademark by not reproducing the company’s name/trademark or any company materials for use in advertising without the written approval of the company.
I will promote Snoozer Pet Products on social media accounts by posting photos and videos of my pets using their Snoozer products.
I will post as often as I would like on my social media accounts and tag #SnoozerAmbassador, @SnoozerPets, in each post that relates to Snoozer Pet Products.
I will conduct myself in a manner that reflects the highest standard of integrity and responsibility in keeping with the reputation of the company. If I do not uphold these standards, I will be immediately removed from the Brand Ambassador Program and forfeit all promotional codes effective immediately.
If I choose to leave the Brand Ambassador program, any photos sent to Snoozer Pet Products will remain in their database to use on their social media platforms and marketing campaigns.
If the company terminates the Brand Ambassador program, I have the right to request any outstanding payouts from the month prior.
I must be an active* Brand Ambassador to remain in the program.
I agree that the company reserves the right to cancel this agreement at any time.
I have read the company’s privacy policy and I agree to these terms.
*active pertains to posting content frequently and having at least one sale per month.
d. Snoozer Commitments
Snoozer Pet Products (Company) understands and agrees:
Company will give the Brand Ambassador their own unique promotional code and link that offers 10% off when applied at checkout on snoozerpetproducts.com. For every time the code or link is used during a sale, the Brand Ambassador will receive 10% of the sale. Payouts will be issued during the first week of every month.
Company will provide free product(s) to the Brand Ambassador to promote on social networks.
Company may provide additional product awards to top performing Brand Ambassadors at its discretion.
The Company will retain the rights to use any photos they send us or tag us in, even if the Brand Ambassador exits the program.
The Company agrees to adhere to the Company’s privacy policy and these terms and conditions.
e. General
Either party may terminate this agreement immediately for cause or without reason upon written notice. The notice may be via email.
Snoozer Pet Products. may alter or discontinue the Brand Ambassador Program at any time.
The Brand Ambassadors will not be treated as a company employee for any reason.
