Most Snoozer products are hand-sewn and made to order in our South Carolina headquarters, so we typically ship within three business days, depending on material availability and demand. Once your order is in the mail, transit times will vary based on the destination and the shipping speed selected at checkout. Average ship times are between one and five days.
All Snoozer Pet Products items carry a limited One Year Warranty unless otherwise stated. Each item is warranted to be free from material and workmanship defects for the original owner. Any item purchased from a private person or a dealer is specifically not covered under this warranty. If you have an issue with a product that is still under the One Year Warranty, please contact our customer support to have your situation handled directly.
Clearance, discontinued, and/or open-box products are sold as-is, without our usual One Year Warranty. Open-box products may show signs of light use or aging, which will not affect the quality of the product or your pet’s enjoyment of it.

Returns must be requested within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be in new, unused, resellable condition in order to receive a full refund. The customer will be responsible for a $15.00 (USD) return shipping fee to be deducted from the refund. Customer returns will be refunded to the same card or account from which the original payment was made within 5-7 business days of return receipt. We do not offer exchanges, but customers are encouraged to reorder at any time or wait until their refund is processed.
Personalized (monogrammed) products are covered by our warranty, but cannot be returned for other reasons, including ordering the wrong size for your pet or misspellings entered by the customer. Please be extra careful when entering your pet’s name or other text for monogramming, and carefully review sizing information before ordering. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Clearance, discontinued, and/or open-box products are sold as-is and are not eligible for returns.
