We ship internationally! While we hope your shopping experience is easy and self-explanatory, we wanted to answer some common questions about our international shopping experience.
How do I change my selected country?
In the lower-left corner of your screen, there is a round flag icon. Our website will try to detect your location automatically, so if you see the flag that matches your country, you’re all set! If you need to manually change your country, just click on the flag icon and select your country from the list.
Our international shopping experience is powered by Zonos, a leading expert in international ecommerce, so you may see that name occasionally in the user interface.
Should I expect to pay tax, duty, or other fees on my order?
You can click on the flag icon in the lower left corner to view expected additional costs for your order, based on your selected country.
These fees, as well as shipping costs, will be displayed to you on the checkout screen, so you will have an opportunity to review the total amount of your order before submitting it.
How can I see prices in my local currency?
If our system can detect your country based on your IP address, or if you select your country manually, individually product pages will display two prices, a larger one in United States Dollars ($ or USD) and a smaller one in your local currency, indicated by the word “Approximately” and your currency’s symbol. For example, Canadian Dollar amounts are marked with “Approximately CA$” in front of the number. There are places on our website that ONLY show the price in USD, such as in the Snoozer Bed Builder, product category pages, or the cart page. Our International Checkout page will show the amount in your currency before you place your order.
These approximate amounts are automatically calculated by Zonos based on the current exchange rate. Please note that exchange rates change frequently, so the price in your currency may change slightly. You will see the final amount of your order, in your chosen currency, along with shipping, any duty, etc., on the checkout screen before placing your order.
Is free shipping available for international orders?
Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to offer free shipping to destinations outside the contiguous United States at this time.
If you are purchasing from outside the United States, but shipping to an address within the contiguous United States, then you may qualify for free shipping. Please see the International Checkout screen to confirm if free shipping is available for your order.
