Snoozer has been making comfortable products for dogs since 1985. Behind every bed, car seat, and customer service conversation is a team of people who genuinely care about dogs and about making products we’re proud to stand behind.
“For Dog People. By Dog People.” isn’t just a tagline. Many of us are dog owners ourselves, and we make the kinds of products we’d want our own dogs to use every day.
When you call, chat, or email Snoozer, you’re talking directly with our team, not a third-party answering service. The people helping you are the same people who work alongside our production, shipping, sales, and design teams here in South Carolina.
And when you order a Snoozer product, it isn’t simply pulled from a warehouse or drop-shipped from somewhere else. Our beds and car seats are sewn, assembled, packed, and shipped by our team at our facility in Piedmont, South Carolina.
The people behind Snoozer have played a big part in who we’ve become over the past four decades. Here’s a little more about the team that makes it happen.
Destiny PageDestiny is Snoozer’s Sales and Service Manager. Originally from the Midwest, she has spent most of her life in South Carolina. She and her husband have been married for more than 20 years, and their family includes three children, a grandson, and plenty of nieces and nephews.
Her dog Holly, a 15-year-old mixed breed, is also an important part of the family. Destiny’s favorite Snoozer product is the Overstuffed Corner Bed, which gives Holly a comfortable spot that fits neatly into a quiet corner or underneath her desk.
Outside of work, Destiny enjoys Marvel and fantasy movies, musicals, concerts, spending time outdoors, and supporting environmental causes. She also has a longtime connection to Girl Scouts and enjoys spending time with her family.
Erika JohnsonErika works in Customer Service and Creative Design at Snoozer. Originally from Georgia, she grew up along the Carolina coast and now lives in Greenville, South Carolina. She’s also the unofficial “auntie” to a number of dogs belonging to family and friends.
Her favorite Snoozer product is the X-Large Rectangle Cozy Cave. Part of the appeal is its size. Erika jokes that it’s big enough for her to climb into it herself.
When she’s not helping Snoozer customers or working on creative projects, Erika enjoys art, baking bread, exploring Greenville, and indulging her interest in all things nerdy. She’s also always happy to find a good local restaurant, shop, or destination close to home.
Sherry HolmesSherry is Snoozer’s Shipping Supervisor and is originally from Greeneville, Tennessee. She’s a mom to Jamian, Amaya, and McKinley, as well as three dogs, Draco, Fiona, and Titan.
Her favorite Snoozer product is the Overstuffed Sofa. She likes that it gives dogs plenty of room to get comfortable while also fitting naturally into a home’s living space.
Having grown up on a farm in East Tennessee, animals have always been part of Sherry’s life. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, going to the beach, watching movies, following sports, and playing them when she gets the chance.
Gary O’DonnellGary O’Donnell is one of Snoozer’s owners and oversees Sales and Marketing. Originally from Maine, Gary now calls South Carolina home. He is married, has three adult daughters living around the country, and shares the house with the family’s Cheweenie, Eric.
The Cozy Cave is Gary’s favorite Snoozer product, with the Luxury Sofa a close second.
Away from Snoozer, Gary enjoys painting, photography, playing guitar, and traveling. His creative interests have also influenced his work with Snoozer over the years, particularly in the areas of product development, marketing, and how the brand presents itself to customers.
Alicia MinterAlicia is Snoozer’s Customer Service Supervisor. Originally from Easley, South Carolina, she now lives in Piedmont with her husband Brian and their two Boston Terriers, Lola and Sadie.
Choosing a favorite Snoozer product isn’t easy for Alicia. Lola and Sadie have several Cozy Caves, Crate Caves, and Lookout Car Seats, so Snoozer products are very much part of everyday life at her house.
Outside of work, Alicia enjoys spending time with her family, reading, going to the beach, sewing, and quilting. Her experience as a seamstress also gives her an added appreciation for the work that goes into making Snoozer products.
Brian O’DonnellBrian O’Donnell is an owner and Snoozer’s Director of Operations. He considers Pittsburgh his adopted hometown and now lives in South Carolina with his wife, Paula. They have two married children and three grandchildren.
Brian’s dogs, Kia and Brooklyn, are fans of the Overstuffed Sofa, which is also his favorite Snoozer product.
At Snoozer, Brian oversees the day-to-day operations that keep products moving through production and out to customers. Outside of work, he enjoys RV camping, gardening, working in the yard, and fishing.
Kristin GroceKristin is Snoozer’s Inventory & Production Manager. She was born in Michigan and moved to Greenville when she was seven after her father’s job with Michelin brought the family to South Carolina. She has two children and became a grandmother in September 2022.
Her family has also included several dogs over the years, including Lily, a longtime family beagle, rescue dog Tater Tot, and Lil Bit. Kristin’s favorite Snoozer product is the Cozy Cave, particularly because her dogs enjoy burrowing underneath the hood.
After spending more than two decades as a football and cheer mom, Kristin is enjoying having a little more time for her own interests. She enjoys quilting, going to the beach, traveling when she can, and spending time with her family.
